CERCL skills

Understand the essential content of concrete or abstract topics in a complex text, including a technical discussion in one's specialty.
Communicate with a degree of spontaneity and ease such as a conversation with a native speaker without tension for either party.
Express yourself clearly and in detail on a wide range of subjects, express an opinion on a current issue and explain the advantages and disadvantages of different possibilities.
